THE DOORS
When You're Strange
Soundtrack
DMC/Rhino

I think I know what you are surely
thinking: oh no, not
another
Doors' compilation to ignore?

Well, yes, and no. Yes, it is another
compilation, but this one should
not be ignored.

From the film by Tom Dicillo, this
soundtrack features some rarities,
including a live cut from the Doors'
1970 Ilse of Wight gig, and a great
take of When The Musics Over
from Swedish TV.

And rounding out this 76 minute
disc, are sound bites from group
members, as well as Johnny Depp
expertly interpreting the Jim
Morrison poetry notebook.

This is therefor, a worthwhile CD.
